$ micca-merge --help
usage: micca-merge [-h] [-v] [-f {fastq,fasta}] input [input ...] output

micca-merge merges input fastq/a files where sequences
ids are in the form 'SAMPLENAME||SEQID', where 'SAMPLENAME' is the input
filename without extension and 'SEQID' is the original sequence id. Input
files must have different names.

positional arguments:
  input                 input fastq/a file(s)
  output                output fastq/a file

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -v, --version         show program's version number and exit
  -f {fastq,fasta}, --format {fastq,fasta}
                        input file format (default fastq)


 $ micca-merge sample1.fastq sample2.fastq sample3.fastq merged.fastq

micca v. 0.1.
